orbitflowllc.store is operated by ORBITFLOW L.L.C. and offers educational files for parents, teachers and children. Worksheets, activity workbooks, journals and learning materials are supplied digitally. No physical items are shipped and no shipping fee applies. Printing, paper and any device or software needed to use a file are not included.

Access after payment

For an available product with final download files, access is released after payment has been confirmed and the order is eligible for downloads. An unpaid or pending order, or selecting cash on delivery, does not establish confirmed electronic payment. Resources marked as awaiting files are not ready for download.

Use a valid email address at checkout. Eligible download links are provided through the order confirmation or order email, and through the Downloads area of your account when your order is linked to that account. Check your spam folder if an expected order message is missing. Delivery can depend on payment confirmation, the order status and email delivery; we do not promise access within a fixed number of seconds.

Each listing should specify its actual file format, contents and any compatibility requirements. A PDF resource needs a compatible PDF reader. Download counts or link-expiry restrictions, if any, are shown with the product or download access details. This policy does not promise lifetime access, updates or unrestricted downloads.

Worldwide availability and access problems

We intend to serve customers worldwide where the transaction and digital supply are permitted. Payment services or legal restrictions can limit availability in a country. The methods shown at checkout determine which payments are offered for an order.

If payment is confirmed but you cannot access a purchased file, email support@orbitflowllc.store with your order number and a description of the issue. We will check your order and help restore eligible access. If we cannot supply the purchased resource, the Refund Policy explains your remedies.

Your license

Unless the product page expressly offers another license, the purchaser may download and print copies for their own household or one classroom that they teach. This is a non-exclusive permission to use the resource, not a transfer of copyright. A school-wide, multi-teacher, resale or other commercial license must be agreed separately with ORBITFLOW L.L.C.

You may not resell or redistribute the files, publish them on a public website, upload them to shared resource libraries, share private download links or login details, or remove ownership notices. You may complete the worksheets and adapt the learning activity to the learners’ needs within the permitted use; this does not grant permission to republish or distribute a modified file. Copyright exceptions and other non-waivable rights remain unaffected.
