Our store and these terms
These terms apply to purchases from orbitflowllc.store, operated by ORBITFLOW L.L.C., a Montana limited liability company. Contact us at support@orbitflowllc.store or our business mailing address: 127 N Higgins Ave Ste 307D #1144, Missoula, MT 59802, United States.
The store offers downloadable educational resources, including printable worksheets, activity workbooks, journals and learning materials. No physical products are shipped. Customers must be adults able to make a purchase contract or act through an authorized adult.
Product information and availability
Read the product description, file format, included contents, intended audience and license before ordering. Illustrative cover images are previews rather than promises of additional files or printed materials. A resource described as unavailable or awaiting final files is not ready for download; contact us before attempting a purchase if availability is unclear.
Educational materials support learning activities. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and do not promise a particular educational or health result. Adults should choose and supervise activities appropriate for the children using them.
Prices, payments and orders
Store prices are in United States dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and any additional charges must be shown before you place an order. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion or international transaction charges. We do not offer a subscription unless a product explicitly states its recurring terms before purchase.
Use accurate contact and billing details and only a payment method you are authorized to use. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Digital access requires confirmed payment; an unpaid, failed, pending or cash-on-delivery selection does not itself confirm an electronic payment.
We may decline or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, there is a clear pricing error or a transaction appears unauthorized. If we cannot supply a paid order, we will arrange a refund. Changes to future prices do not change a completed order’s agreed price.
Digital delivery and permitted use
The Digital Delivery and Licensing Policy explains access and use. Unless a product grants a different license, a purchase gives the buyer a non-exclusive license to use and print the material for their own household or one classroom they teach. It does not transfer copyright or permit resale, public uploads, sharing download links, distribution across a school or commercial reuse.
Keep your account and download links secure. You may not use the website to interfere with security, submit malicious content, commit fraud or infringe another person’s rights.
Refunds, cancellation and consumer rights
Our Refund Policy includes a 60-day window to request a 50% satisfaction refund and separate remedies for non-delivery, duplicate charges or defective or misdescribed files. A download is not a physical item that can be sent back.
These terms do not remove mandatory cancellation, digital-content, privacy or other consumer rights. Where the law requires separate consent before immediate digital supply can affect a withdrawal right, these terms alone do not provide that consent. We do not treat visiting the site or opening these terms as a waiver of statutory rights.
Service, privacy and disputes
We aim to keep the store usable but access can be interrupted by maintenance or technical problems. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits remedies required for content we fail to supply as agreed. Our Privacy Policy explains the use of customer information.
Contact support@orbitflowllc.store with your order number and a description of any problem so we can investigate. Montana law governs these terms to the extent permitted by law, without removing protections or access to courts that apply to consumers in their home country. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply where lawful.
Updated terms apply to future purchases from the effective date shown. The terms and policies presented for an earlier order continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
